Who runs this site

Driving Test Practice is an independent educational project run by Eng. Mo'nes Hayajneh from Jordan. It is not a company, a driving school, or a government office.

Why it exists

Every year many people move to a new U.S. state and have to pass a written driver's-license knowledge test, often in a language that isn't their first. Each state publishes its official driver's manual in only a few languages. This site offers free practice questions based on each state's official manual, in the languages that state publishes its manual in, and always in Arabic.

How the content is made

Every question is based on the current official driver's manual of its state, and each answer shows the manual page it comes from, so you can check it yourself. The questions, explanations and translations were drafted with the help of AI tools working from the text of the official manuals, and checked against that text.

Every question is checked against its state's official manual: each answer is traced to the manual page that states it, and questions the manual doesn't clearly support are removed. The first states were checked this way in September 2026, each newer state when it was added, and an October 2026 audit checked the six oldest states again, question by question. The site's owner has also reviewed a random sample of questions from every state by hand, except the twenty-four newest, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont and Virginia, whose sample reviews are under way. A question may still contain a mistake, so if something doesn't match your state's manual, please tell us.

The illustrations of signs, signals and road situations are drawn for this site, following the official U.S. sign designs.
